I love what I do as a builder. Through a lifetime in the world of construction, I have found my true passion. My mission and my reward are to take somebody’s dream, something they’ve been thinking about for a long time, and transform that place they call home through exceptional home renovations.
It has been a long journey for me. I was an ambitious kid and started my first business at the age of 17. Since then, I have accomplished a lot and honed my craft as a remodeling contractor.
The road has had its detours and its ups and downs, but it has all led me here, to where I know exactly how to get the job done, and done as well as it can be done. With my 30 years of experience and desire to help people, I accomplish amazing transformations. When I see that twinkle in a client’s eye at that moment when they realize their vision is a reality, it fills me with joy.

We consider the existing structure, the work involved, and the finished result the homeowner wants to achieve. Eric’s broad background across residential construction, infrastructure work, housing construction, and other demanding projects has created a practical understanding of how building components come together.
